Cape Town is blessed with some of the most incredible natural beauty. Where the mountains meet the sea lies the Great African Sea Forest. A unique habitat that supports a huge amount of marine life. Unfortunately we often forget that anything we discard, from the small sweet wrapper to the coffee we wash down the sink, ends up in our coastal waters via storm water drains and ill managed, out dated waste water systems. If we want to continue to enjoy this beautiful coast line, we need to become more aware that everything we do on our side of the thin coastal divide that separates us from our ocean neighbours, has a direct and lasting effect on their homes. Without healthy oceans we won't have a healthy planet.
