So we end up doing nothing, and continue to support the very industries that are destroying our oceanic habitat, by continuing to purchase the conveniently packaged sea food that these very industries are supplying. Think frozen prawns, hake, fish fingers, tuna, pilchards etc. It is only when we come together and collectively boycott these large scale commercial fisheries that we will start to see a change. It is after all our unrelenting greed for conveniently packaged seafood that ultimately leads to the massive profits that are the driving force behind these destructive commercial fishing practices.
